The HMC Easi-Miner is a continuous surface mining machine. The
Easi-Miner can go to work on exposed virgin seams without any prior
coal-loosening operations. Surface coal can be mined and loaded
within seconds of the first bite. A massive cutting head sizes coal
so effectively that the need for a primary crusher is eliminated.
This machine is built to withstand the most demanding operations, and at
roughly 335000 operating pounds it truly is an amazing machine.
